2021 Salty H20 Fishing Thread!

Found some fish in Baffin this weekend, I was pleasantly surprised. I released 3 over 25”, and my buddy caught his first big redfish. He says it’s his last, but that’s TBD. She was released after the pictures too. 45”

Along the lines of about an hour or so. Not bad on medium light trout gear. I saw the hook set and it didn’t budge. Been there done that, no need for me to do it again lol

Planning to make a quick trip, probably solo to surf fish in the next few weeks. Anywhere better than surfside/the pass without driving to SPI that y'all recommend?

I'm a budget dude. So unless I score cheap lodging probably camp in the truck on the beach.
