I know you are very experienced with all this, but we have been skinning ours with 4x8 hardi, and as long as you dont have to move it much, they will never rot.
The size is based on there being 3 of us hunting now, and material coverage. 72” front to back means 2 full sheets of U panel and I don’t have to cut it. 100” wide means 96” inside so two full sheets of paneling will cover it. I wouldn’t use 2”tubing, but it’s free and we have chingos of it. It’s 14ga so not super heavy.
