We just did a 1031 also after we sold our Leon co place
Not nearly as big or pretty as yours but it adjoins our
home place here. Very stressful everything closed and getting all the fixtures done
In time under the 1031. Just got a solar well pumping to day with 3 days to spare.

Our best young deer look like yours, but 160’s are possible with age.
