Some of you guys are serious haters! I saw Garth Brooks in Arlington and it was one of the top 3 concerts I have ever been too! Sang everything from the beginning to the end. Played 7 songs with no band, guitar only. . .Hate if you want, but hard to talk crap about something you have never seen in person.. . .

I have seen him in person, twice. I like some of his music and even think he is a great performer. I will not go see him again. I don't like his left leaning politics or the crowds he attracts. I would rather see king George.

You have been here long enough to know that hasn't ever stopped them.

Sorry all of that happened to you. People suck.

But even though I don't agree with Garth Brooks personally, his concert I watched from a floor seat in San Antonio was still the best concert experience I've ever had. I did not pay for those tickets, so I'll take some free lefty entertainment.

I am not sure where you guys get that he is a lefty and liberal. He is a registered Republican in Oklahoma. Just because he played at Bidens inauguration doesn't make him a Democrat. He is even quoted as saying "I will be the only Republican at the event".

The amount of obese women at Sam's wearing Garth Brooks shirts Sunday morning was mind boggling.

He has many songs that are timeless. His first 3 albums are unbelievable. If that's not country I guess I don't know what country is. I will give you Chris Gaines, that was at the least ridiculous

Sorry to hear that but it’s simple math really. I love going to concerts but the idiot ratio comes into play. Let’s say 30k people. How many idiots are included in that number. 200?
Then what’s the percent chance they have an encounter with a family member?
The numbers just don’t make sense anymore. Too many idiots in these big cities. Your actually lucky you didn’t spend a night in the harris county jail (through no fault of your own just trying to protect your family.)

Garth Brooks is like Bon Jovi.

I ain't got to see them to know I don't want to see them.

Very true, been pointing this out for years, after his anti gun comments years ago.

Found our seats, walked back out to the concourse to stretch as we had been in the car all day. Walked back in to the seats when the opening act started, and never made it to Garth.

Didnt even get to see the concert. Got “kicked out”.

My son, wife and daughter were going up a narrow stair case to the seats when two guys came to the top of the staircase and pushed passed my 14yo son, elbowed my wife into the wall and tried pushing passed my 12 year old daughter, I stepped up behind her and put my arm around her left arm around her to try to put as much of me as I could between these two grown men and my daughter. I met them on the third step, told them that we werent both gonna fit. He said “well im closer to the bottom than your are the top” and grabbed both handrails and tried to pull himself down the stairs past her and I. I put both of them on their backs and stepped passed them pushing my daughter passed.

The little usher lady working the stadium watched it and didnt pay them any attention when they tried tattle telling so they went and found some cops and tried to say I assaulted them. Got pulled into the police office so they could watch the video. The officer said the video was too dark to see anything but they asked me to leave after they watched the video. They were going to move the two guys to different seats. My wife threw a fit and said if I was getting kicked out that she wanted him charged with assault by contact for elbowing her into the wall. Wrote the guy a ticket and they weren’t gonna make him leave until my wife asked if he was being forced to leave too.

We made some family memories as planned just not the ones intended.
Good for standing your ground and protecting your family. I would be happy I did not have to see the concert.
