Vacation Home in Colorado Between Pagosa & Durango

    Hey guys and gals,

I will be taking on new job opportunities that will require me to be out of town for extended periods of time. Would there be any TBH's interested in renting a large 3 bedroom - 4200 sq. ft. home that directly borders the Colorado San Juan National Forest???

My home could be used as your base camp for hunting, fishing, skiing, horseback riding etc. and also a place to escape the busy city life and Covid19 crud. In our neighborhood (depending on the time of year) we have seen elk, black bear, mule deer, turkey, grouse, and even mountain lion and moose. 40 minute drive to downtown Durango. 35 minute drive to Pagosa Springs. 1 hour 10 min drive to both Purgatory and Wolf Creek ski resorts. Ski or hunt all day and be home in time for dinner.

Would possibly consider renting it out for week minimum up to 2-3 months at a time with a better rate for longer stays. The home is currently listed on Zillow, so here is the link for more photos. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...d/?view=public

Let me know if there is any interest in this. Thanks!

    Keith

I’ve stayed in Bayfield a few times, and Durango and Pagosa plenty. We usually spend a week or two each summer in that general are, so I’d definitely be interested if available when we’re looking to go.

Near Bayfield which is in the far south west corner of the state.

Southwest corner of the state, closest town (17 minute drive) is Bayfield.

See the red dot on the map.
