2019 Deer Corn prices
For those that don't mind a little extra work.... and are close enough.. You can go to Red Chain Milling in Gorman and buy bulk corn. I went yesterday and had just shy of a ton dumped into the bed of my truck. $176 dollars per ton! The last 2 times I did this it was clean enough to put straight into my feeders. I keep it in barrels at my house and/or take it straight to my feeders. It is really not that much to move that much corn with 5 gallon buckets. Works out to $8.95 per HUNDRED pounds. Not for everyone, but worth it to me. I live about an hour away.

The cheapest I have found around Beaumont is Sutherland's Building Materials, they have 50 lb bags for $6.99 or $0.14 per lb. Senior citizens get 10% off on Tuesdays (so i was told) which would make it $6.21 or $0.12 per lb.
The second best price I have found is Wal-Mart at $5.97 for a 40 lb bag which works out to $0.15 per lb or $7.50 for 50lbs.
I need to buy 4,000 lbs by the weekend so i am trying to find the best deal.
*** Buc-ee’s Katy is 4.69 for 50lbs***
