    Best Venison Burgers

Last night I ground up some deer meat and decided to do some burgers for dinner. They might be the best venison burgers I have ever had.

    1 pound ground venison
    8oz of ground bacon
    Small sweet onion
    Few table spoons of garlic
    2 jalepenos
    BBQ seasoning
    Worcestershire
    1 egg

Grind the venison and bacon together
Put onions, jalepenos, and garlic in food processor and run until it is almost a liquid
    Mix in with meat
Add worcestershire and BBQ seasoning and the egg
    Mix everything together

I set mine in the fridge for a few minutes because it was kind of runny

Cooked on the grill and it was very good and juicy.

Do these fall apart when you cook them?

Not a burger but close as far as prep. We used browned elk and bacon grind and ran meat and all through the food processor with some ranch dressing mix and a little cream cheese. Stuffed some jalapeƱos and cooked them on the grill. Good lord!

I mix Venison Hot Breakfast sausage with Venison ground (50/50) and then add what spices you want...always put in some worchestire.
If you put them on the smoker for 45 mins they usually are at the perfect Med rare and if you want them a little more done finish on the grill.
I have people that don’t like Venison ask for more of these...
Of course add Bacon like the above recipe i usually make half a batch with diced Jalapenjos and the other half without...Depending on the group i am cooking for.
If you use Cinnamon Creek the 2lb logs if you use one of each will make 12 large burgers (4lbs of meat)
Let me know if you have any questions...
