Excellent post. I remember coming across this site when I was in college back in 2007 when I first picked up a bow. Wish I would’ve joined the community back then and not missed out on so many of the references I read about so frequently. Especially the Texas elephant hunt.

That thread started a search for me to see if there was a processor in the San Saba area where we hunt to drop off pigs. So far no luck. Will double my efforts and send out a check.
