        I would guess she wants your backyard, but does not want to pay for it. If they can intimidate you and get you to move and leave the place vacant and then she can work on keeping anyone from buying it for as long as possible, being a realtor. The she can enjoy your back yard without having to pay for it.
        Sound crazy, but she sounds wacky. That or she might want to you to leave and then try to buy the place and just move next door.
