There is several ways to give notice.

A fence is a pretty good indicator if there is one present.

Is there any way to know when those pictures were taken?
The motion activated sprinklers are an awesome idea.
They sure keep the deer out of my wife's gardens.

Now, get some of that live action in the motion activated sprinklers and you will have some entertainment!

As a RE Broker I would give her a call first. If that becomes hostile then I would call the TREC and file a complaint and do the same with the local LEO

Was her house there before your house was built? Did she possibly take the pictures years ago, before your house was built, and she just keeps recycling them in new posts?

I may have missed it but, where did this confrontation take place? Did he brandish the weapon on your property? That may make a difference of law enforcement gets involved.

Facebook removes the geotags. Maybe under subpoena you could get the data, but I suspect they don’t hang on to it.

I love the take where folks are asking if she was a good neighbor if he would have let her take fraudulent photos for her real estate business.

Get screen shots of all the social media posts and photos including any photos taken from your place within her listings before she takes them down.

I’d say its a bit of a leap to conclude that she’s using fraudulent photos. If she’s posting photos of the general community I don’t see any issue with that at all (with permission to take said pictures from the property owner). Now it WOULD be fraudulent if she is using pictures from one property to directly advertise a specific lot that those pictures didn’t come from.

You gotta love the green screen and threads like this.

And you wonder why politics are the way they are today.
