Redfish "Catch and Cook" - Griddled Halfshell with Lemon, Garlic Butter Sauce (Video)

I caught a nice, slot redfish on a recent trip with some friends, and decided to keep it to cook on the half shell for my lovely bride. I topped it with a simple lemon/garlic/butter sauce, all cooked on the 36" Blackstone.

Following the recent freeze and die off, are you more "catch and cook" or "catch and release?"

Redfish on the half shell is some of my favorite. I'll be trying this out. Thanks for sharing.

That's the way I cook mine. Unfortunately I have not been able to fish for them the last couple of years.

I have yet to get past the "first things first" part. Soon though. Soon.
