Good Luck TN Boy. Looks like rain down there for us next week. Flood warning for some river close by. Supposed to crest today. Didn't see a cancelation so must not affect the wma too much. Let us know how it is and I'd like to know how many show up. Wondering how much disturbance there will be going into next week.

Yep. We're gonna get rained on next week. I'm bringing my chest waders in case i need to float a hog out.

It is dry down here. The full moon is passing so we're seeing more hogs earlier. Got this mature boar at 6:12pm. I had thought I would see hogs between 6 and 6:30. Glad he made his appointment. He was behind me about 5 yards for a good while before he skittered. Thought I had lost him. He came out about 10 minutes later. Shot him at 20. Should have brought my bow.

Very nice. Are other hunters successful?

I don't know how it is dry down there but that is good news.

Tell Ernest Chad says hello, Butlers friend.

Four were killed yesterday evening. Two by the blind closest to me. One on the other side of the wma. The non headquarters side.

                  I'll tell him.

Thanks Mike. One more killed Wednesday evening. Left for home after the morning hunt so dunno about this evening.

Amazing he can swing from trees. Congrats! My pig trip is two weeks away @ Justin Hurst WMA

                          Tarzan? After retiring?

Course, I could identify as Cheetah, too.

Can only swing after approval from structural engineers...or I'm just a test case for saddle integrity.

Next time I'm in the tree I'll try to dredge up that 'ol Tarzan wild animal stampede call. Youngsters, you'll just have to look it up.

An if I do decide to go full Tarzan on the next hog, my advice is to look away. Me shirtless would be a health hazard.
