Can't wait to try this one

Wick Fowler's 2 alarm chili kit works very well for venison. I have used it for the last two years. Personally I don't like mixing venison with beef, pork or chicken it kind of defeats the purpose.

Why not add all the seasoning at once?

          Chili

I have been using this recipe barely modified for a while now and me and the family love it. I cooked up 8lbs today for my daughters bday. It's all gone and everyone asked for the recipe. If you haven't tried it give it a go. 40 people now think im a world class chili maker.

Gonna give this a try today with venison but I'm going to cheat and just dump it all in the crock pot and let it go all day.
I bet it'll still be good.

How many people will this feed? trying to figure out if i need to double or maybe triple the recipe for 10 or so people?

I'd say about 6 decent sized bowls. I'd go ahead and triple it though. You can always freeze leftovers.

I have been to several stores looking for granulated onion and can't find it. Has anyone substituted with onion powder?

I've used both fresh onion diced, or dried diced onions. Still works great. I bet onion powder would work.

Made my first batch of the year last weekend!!!

                          This recipe never disappoints....
