Well made it 63yrs today, want to Thank the Good Lord above for being by my side and giving me the strength to carry on. Thanks to all my friends that I've made on TBH for your prayers these past 12yrs. Other than my Knees and joints hurting, guess I'm in pretty good shape for 63

Hey Bish,
Happy birthday and prayin for many more to come for you. You know that that there are bionic s#!t you can do for your joints now.
Dealt with my knees for 15 yrs before it got to where I was in pain with every step I took and nothing OTC nor injected in the office did any good.
Had the worst one replaced last year and it has been wonderful. 2 days out of surgery and I was in less pain than pre-surgery. The past year has been so pain free that I will be going under the knife this coming Monday for the left one.
I am 63 and this is my pre-retirement tune-up.
Will be having a look @ an elbow and shoulder that have recently began giving problems. And will try to have them corrected before retirement if @ all possible.
