Some days you wonder if you’re doing a good job raising your kids, and some days your kids and their buddies show you that all those things that you have tried to teach them are paying off!!
The boys were out of school today and asked if they could take the buggy and go fishing, I said sure you know what the rules are keep me in touch so I know where you are. I get multiple calls and texts throughout the day from them along with keeping in touch with a buddy of mine that in keeping an eye on them without them knowing. They are catching fish and having a ball doing it
“All on their own”. wel a little time goes by and I get a call from a very excited young man who is telling me about all these catfish they are catching. Awesome, good job! Well we need another cooler he says and then the pictures start rolling in……. They **** sure brought home the fish today!
The big fish was right at 26 pounds all caught on rod and reel by two 11 year old boys “all on their own”!!!
Keep up the good work boys, y’all reassure me that there is still hope for the future of outdoorsmen!
