Nope but I have hunted the Briscoe Catarina and the Cochina ranches. I'll be on the Catarina again this coming February killing hogs.Comment

The owner of the ranch I hunt on has worked for the briscoe family his whole life. His father worked for the briscoes as well. They have hundreds of thousands of acres around texas. Everyone piece of property I am aware of has good deer. If you get a good lease manager, briscoe properties are good to hunt.Comment

The lease we had was low fence,hunted about 10 years on that lease,had a lot of deer,hogs ,turkey and some axis,the last couple years it was tough to see a doe,our lease and others around us wasn't having much luck are seeing much,new lease manager doubled the price and new rules to where about all we could do was right them a check ( no more spring turkey,no dove hunting,no swimming in our swimming hole,had to call before you come,picture of deer before you shoot,etc. etc) so our group let it go,a couple of guys had hunted that lease for over 40 years ,this was in 2012.
