Times are just really tough right now just overwhelmed

I hate to ask for help it tears at me but I just don’t know what else to do other than pray to the Lord. Guys I need some help as I am mostly unable to work due to complete kidney failure, I must travel 3 times a week to and from dialysis treatments plus regular dr appointment.
