It looks like you like the fairly traditional calibers. A 22-250, 243, 25-06 or a 7mm-08 would go nice with your selection.Last edited by kingranch1886; 01-15-2020, 07:00 PM.

Or you can be an odd ball like me and build an AR in 350 Legend for the brush.
Seriously, from my experiences I always go back to a 7mm bullet line up. Probably the best coefficient bullet size out there.
.243, 7mm-08, and 7mm rem mag, I still own all three and they all have their purpose. I hunt with the 7mm rem mag the most, just in case I have to really reach way out there and my son loves the 7mm-08 because it is flat shooting with a low recoil.

I am in the market for a new caliber of rifle to buy and just don't know what to get. I have a 22, 223, 270, and 3006. This would mostly be for mostly hunting in the hill country. Give me any good suggestions or reviews yall have.
thanks

Ron Spomer has taken whitetails, pronghorns and coyotes with a 25-06 Remington and eagerly awaits opportunities to expand that list.
