I bought another .500 SW except this is the Performance Center with a 10.5” barrel.

Truly the biggest pistol I’d ever seen.

If you can handle those hand cannons, come north to Montana for otc elk next Sept and we’ll go to the Gravelies Range which is great elk hunting but had 4 bear attacks this season.

Picked up my new Taurus 6.5” 992 22/22 mag revolver today. Haven’t shot it yet, but initial impression is really good. No scratches. No hammer rub. Single action lock up is tight and the cylinder gap is .004. Very tight for a revolver with a swing out cylinder. The one thing I’m not crazy about is the trigger pull. It’s fairly crisp but too heavy for my liking. Single action pull weight is 7 lbs and the double action pull weight needs a come-along. I’ll have to work on that and lighten it a bit.
