Prayer sent for your son.

In college, I broke my tibia and fibula in my right leg. My foot and ankle were at a 90* angle from my leg. Back then, they kept it in a cast for over 6 months, and it ended my football career, but my leg healed and causes no problem today. Hopefully, the orthopedics know what they are doing, and he will heal just fine.

I know the feeling only mine came in a wrestling match in College... Reversed the elbow joint 90 degrees!! No surgery and now some 40 years later a little loss of motion and old "Arthur" kind'a showin' up a bit...


Lord, You have a special love for the little ones and we ask You, heal young Caleb. Guide his doctors to a right procedure that causes this healing to restore him 100%. Give him the strength to carry on through this trial. Comfort him and his family and show them that you are in control. We ask these things in the name of our Savior and Advocate, Jesus Christ, Amen.


You guys have one of the best orthopedic surgeons on the planet right there in Katy. Hope he's the one to work on your son.

Thank you for the prayers. They are wrapping up surgery now. The doctor came by and said it was worse than he thought. He had hoped to make a small cut and put a nylon plate in. That did not work so he had to cut Caleb open on both sides of his arm and put metal plates on both bones as well as remove bone fragments. Waiting now to go see him in recovery.
