True, but no one cares about net. Dumbest thing ever to have deductions in deer scoring IMO. ; )

Hopefully you can get your hands on him this year. Be my luck, something would end up busted off by the time I did!

great looking buck-- I love typicals.
                is that a G4 kicker or a G5?
Always hard to judge velvet, but I'm guessing he may push into the 180s

It’s his G5, I have him in the high 170’s, found his sheds last year and he was 168. Click image for larger version

His typical frame should be in the 70s

That is a beautiful deer! If he's 5 and throwing drops and such, he may well have some serious character by the time he gets to 7!! However we had a typical 12 that I saw last year from the helicopter when we flew the ranch that had a 5-6" drop on his right side... Got good t/c pics of him, but he'd broken it off pretty early in the season... This year he's a 6 X 6 again, but lost the drop... Still a pretty deer tho. He will get at least one more year to see what he does too... I called him 5 last year, so we'll see...

This buck and the drop tine buck looked identical when they were 3, they both hang out together. We called them twin tens.
