Using Paid Sick Time for Hunting?

Sick and personal time one and the same for us. If someone calls in, the manager is not even allowed to ask why that person is not coming in. On the other hand, we get paid for un-used sick/personal time each year; plus, we get $100 bonus each week as hazard pay (for Covid risk) for coming to work at least 35 hours.

I haven't intentionally, but couple times had boat/trailer issues that prevented us from leaving camp on a Sunday and once a massive storm hammered us all Sunday afternoon and into the night so that resulted in a Monday call-in. They always act weird when I say I'm stranded on an island and can't leave til tomorrow. Lol
