Let me give some info so I can answer some questions instead of going through all the pm.
It’s 507 acres it will be 4 hunter’s counting myself. Each hunter will have 2 stands. Family friendly 3 rv spots with septic good roads. Not a party place! Wife’s and kids will be welcome. It’s $3500 a year 1/2 due February and half in June.
1 trophy 1 cull and tag out on doe’s there is turkeys but we have been limiting to 2 a hitter to let more grow. Let me know if you have anymore questions

Yes there’s goats around 30 I think and some cows. But we have feeders pens around feeders
