Iran attacking tankers

Im confused how Trump didn't know that there were 150 potential casualties until 10 minutes before operation. Something is fishy, especially when he "knows more than the generals"
Would he not need Congress approval for a strike, I don't see where there was an imminent threat to US by them shooting down a drone? Then again I am not privy to the same information he is but it makes no sense to me.

No...part of the Iranian military is labeled a terrorist organization. Not to mention the war powers act.

Do you think it is strange that just 10 minutes before the strike 150 people are discovered to be in harms way?

Maybe the fact that he had the chance to kill 150 innocent people weighed on his conscience a bit...
