This is the little church here on Carmen Island. We start the journey home in about 30 minutes. Really sad to leave, this was like a second honeymoon for us. My wife even said this was the best vacation ever. Internet is spotty and intermittent here so I’ll do a full recap as I can. It’s been one hell of a ride getting here and one heck of a hunt!!!!!!!!!

Man yeah! I love me some Doc stories! Thanks for taking the time to take us along! Don’t let folks crying ruin your fun or ours!! I didn’t know they had bighorn sheep where there was a beach close by! That’s awesome!! That said I looked at the pic and though to myself they probably don’t have any slabs in that saltwater!!

Carmen Island—The Recap!


Alright boys and girls, I’ll get this thing started. This may take me a while to complete. We just got to Phoenix and a shower, steak and wine are in our future!!!!! I can say it should be an epic recap as it’s one of the coolest things I have ever done.



Still can’t believe I have killed my fourth wild sheep and second with a bow. Not too bad for a fat gyno!!!!
