Yes 1BR/1Bath

Open LR/Kitchen

Heated and cooled under staircase storage as well.

It’s 20x40 10’ ceilings. We had a floor plan but it’s not what we ended up with. Original plan didn’t have a LR/Kitchen.

Those floors look really nice. We are finishing up bank paperwork to build a new house. The last house we stained the floors. My wife wants to go with just sealed concrete for this house. If you don't mind me asking, What product or products did you use for your floor?

We cleaned with SCR and sealed with the Super 30. We cleaned the floor 4 times before we sealed it.

I spread around 75 tons of crushed concrete over the weekend. Got some good dirt spread out beside the apartment as well so we can finally grow some grass.

Paint is finishing up on Wednesday, granite is Thursday. Backsplash is Saturday and then we can install the appliances on Sunday.

Also added a 4.5’x8’ pad behind the boat for the generac generator and air compressor to sit.

Cabinets were hung today. Granite will be out in the morning to measure everything. This was the last big item of the build. Appliances were delivered yesterday so hopefully everything gets wrapped up fairly quick now

Barndominium Build - Deep East Texas

It’s time to move all of the appliances in and for l the plumber to finish out the plumbing. The cabinet handles are on their way.

It’s been a long process since the day we bought the land to now but it’s all been worth it!
