To be fair brisket is a Texas thing and pork butt is a southern thing.

I’ve yet to find good pork butt in Texas. I’m sure the same could be said for brisket in Georgia.

You just keep gnawing on your Arby's and I'll be over here smokin' butts.

                None.

I've had brisket from a couple local places and it sucked. Smoked one myself and It tasted like smoked roast beef.

If I ever happen to be in Texas I will try some brisket at Franklin or Blacks. It looks good in videos.

Georgians aren’t big on brisket, the pig is the main bbq in Georgia, couple of brothers from Austin have a bbq joint n Atlanta

Random other state isn't big on brisket because they don't know what they are doing. Lol.

                              Fox Brothers.

They are far left liberals but they sure can cook.

Them boys sure can cook some pork.

Their sides are excellent as well.

I haven't been there in a while. I try to stay clear of Atlanta.

Random, other state does know what they're doing and knows pork is the best smoked meat.
