San Antonio built a "world class" homeless shelter 15 or so years ago. Other states send their homeless here on a one way ticket with the promise of a homeless Sandals Resort type setting.

I watched it. Been texting with my fraternity brother who lives their.....his wife is originally from there. As he said, definitely have issues but somewhat biased reporting......as most expose' are, no matter the subject matter. It is obvious they have a city council that is useless and citizens are fed up. It wont surprise me if they dont get to work quickly.
