    Ranger Cleaning Rack

Finished my Ranger Receiver hitch cleaning rack today. Finally put to use an electric winch that I bought from a fellow TBHer Richard S.

I bent my receiver hitch down using mine.
I’d recommend putting some rocks or logs under the lower horizontal bar to support it & keep most of the weight off the ranger.

Not a bad idea. Or maybe keep an old jack stand in the ranger bed to put under there when needed.

                    Good looking setup [emoji1360]

How about this? I added a leg that I can bolt up when not in use and lower when put to use.

Looks good. Anything to keep at least some of the weight off that receiver hitch.

                          Looks good!

Good thinking on the leg. I couldn’t believe how much I squatted a 1/2 ton pickup using one. I’d imagine you can almost induce a ranger into a wheelie without using that wheelie bar.

This is very true. Here is one of my rangers with a couple of sows that made the front end a little light.

                              Nice builds.

I just bought a HME hitch rack off amazon for $120 shipped.

I could have built one but for the amount of time it would take this was a no brainer.

I haven't used it yet but it is well build and has design features I think are perfect this application.
