I can only imagine a big ole boy carrying his passed-out brother out of the woods with an arrow hanging out of the back of his head and explaining it the the EMT's who were standing by.

Hopefully they were in a crew cab truck. It would have been difficult for the dude to sit in a truck seat and have to turn his head to the right, roll down the window so the shaft could hang out and drive. I guess as long as he only made right turns.....
