You send the seller your FFL's information and then they ship to your FFL.

Radical firearms is kind of hit and miss. It’s either a good gun or a dud. Seen hundreds of them and the inconsistency in them is what keeps me from buying One. They are about a mile from my house so that’s probably a good thing. They do donate a lot to LE in the community just wish their products did not have that many issues
