Probably the most grueling hunt is a waterhole hunt. I always described it as 12 hours of boredom followed by 60 seconds of pure adrenaline. Congrats on a good pronghorn !

Only hunted these critters once, but I will do it again.

And to get it with archery equipment is awesome, but I have way too short of an attention span to enjoy those long days at a water hole, like you described.

I have not read a book in I don’t know how many years. I read 2 in the last 3 days, and one of them was 650 pages!!!!!

Nice goat. We didn't draw this year. One point shy. Maybe next year. Was this in NE Wy?

I've done spot and stalk and gotten within 7 yards of a doe. Unfortunately she was between me and the buck.
Way to be persistent and good shot with a wheel bow.

Now go back and shoot one with the trad.
