Live Solo Axis hunt in the hill country

Just fueled up at bucees and headed to my place to do some Axis bow hunting. Well I figured since my first unemployment check came in and got caught up on some things around the house. I figured I'll try to put a little more meat in the freezer. Also gonna do some working building pens around my feeders to keep the cows off the water and alfalfa. I'm gonna spend couple 2,3,4,5days a week or whenever I get tired and come home.

Some of them are big enough you probably ain’t going to load it up or drag it home alone. Just saying...

I remember reading on here where a guy added a pulley and a rope to top bar and used the ranger to pull it which lifted it into the back. It was a while back. Seemed like a good idea.

Yeah I can do that if I can get the side by side close enough. But i don't like to drag them at all because the hair comes off with the rocks. If I have to I'll pack him out to the side by side.
