        Yes, Metal shell and stick built inside , spray foam insulation.

        Porch on the back from the door is like 18 x 18

          I am on a well , I have lived on the property for the past 4 years in a 5th wheel so the well was in place .

          We will have septic.

          Running propane for stove , tankless water heater, start fireplace , and grill outside.

          everything else will be electric.
