So...you framed the exterior with metal and 2x4 interior? What kinda insulation on the exterior walls?

Also, what is the size of the extended porch? I plan on doing that on my next house in a few years.

Yes, Metal shell and stick built inside , spray foam insulation.

Porch on the back from the door is like 18 x 18

City utils or well/septic tank? I'm looking for land as far from the cities as possible but I keep hearing how expensive drilling a well can be.

I am on a well , I have lived on the property for the past 4 years in a 5th wheel so the well was in place .

We will have septic.

Running propane for stove , tankless water heater, start fireplace , and grill outside.

everything else will be electric.
