Stupid enough it is illegal, we rode from chocolate bayou where we live all the way to west end marina and did not see any dead fish so far, I'm sure that will change, horrible situation, no power from sunday night until today community has all broken plumbing without water with more cold weather on the way

Chocolate is mud which holds heat better than sand.
