I forgot to post a pic of my machine. I got it in a couple days ago. Going to build a platform to mount it on so that I’ll be able to put material up under it on the trailer. Plan on building some bottle racks this weekend as well!

Put a small pipe rack for hauling material, and have lots of storage. Also be careful with the weight, I snapped the axel and leafspring pack on a similar trailer with 3500lb axel. Put the oxy/acte. bottles where they are easy to get off & on, because the older you get, the heavier they get.

I have mine on a skid . It sets on a small trailer but I can put it in my truck . If I need to haul a trailer.

I set mine up on a skid. They both have their pros and cons. Sometimes I wish I had a little trailer so I could just hook up to it and go. If you have a skid steer or tractor to move the skid, it's probably the way to go IMO. The skid was designed to fit between the wheel wells of a truck if need be. I have a job box for the rest of my tools.

-12" pipe w/exp metal on the bottom makes great lead wells
-position the machine for walk up access to controls/dials. you dont want to be climbing onto trailer to start machine or adjust temp.
-cut railing off trailer to make machine maintenance easy.
-install/fabricate a hoosier pole for an umbrella
-make work table waist height. bending over is a pain.

All my buddies that do it for a living use skids so they're able to haul a flatbed for material. For around your property, a welding trailer is probably better.

I haven’t even began to work on the trailer yet but first project up is a welding table

                    4x8 1/2” top
                    4x4 3/16” square tubing
                    2x2 1/4” angle iron
                    #9 expanded metal

Should be a little over 1100 lbs when I get through with it.

this is the one I built. just to use around the house/ranch. kept it as light as I could so I could drag it around with my side by side.

I think I’m replacing it with some 11 gauge diamond plate

Change of plans. I’m going to leave the trailer as is and go with a skid instead
