West tx (monahans/peyote) was good a few yrs ago. We used to hunt about 75k acres out there. Hebbronville was good last yr. We were averaging 20 coveys a day. West tx was blues south texas was bobs.

Ive got one in max 5 w 28in barrels its a tank. Bit on the heavy side but you ll get used to it. Def no where near as light as a citori or a a5. I like over unders so i got it. Ive been happy with it.
