Lots of really good, well thought out choices on here. I haven’t seen anyone mention a fast twist 223. With the correct bullets they are absolutely deadly and zero recoil. Something to consider.

After further thought, I have decided to keep it and chop it to 16.5". I also may put a new mcmillan stock on it. Should make for a handy, highly accurate suppressed hunting rig.
