Just had mine pumped out and cleaned yesterday. 4.5 years since the last pump out. Only use angel soft tp. 650$ and he did clean out the pipes in between tanks.

Water filled bags take up a lot of room in a freezer. You would need a ton of gallon bags for half shell redfish. Vacuum sealed fish can be thawed fast for a quick meal.

Clear water technique is the only way to go. I have been doing that for years. Boil them fast then dump them in a cooler to soak in the spice. Stops the cooking process and makes for much better bugs.

Same as above. Single layer as dry as possible. Just ate yellowfin last night that I sealed in 2020. It was just like the day I sealed it. I always write the date on my bags with a sharpie as well.

Fishing has been very good. Don’t let the wind discourage you. I catch 90% of my reds on wake baits. Any small shallow crankbait that you can wake on top. Bandit footloose in pearl is my favorite.
