First year I shot there, 1998, my longbow wouldn't qualify.

So, with a lot of "here's how you do it" from Sam, (and in between fishing trips) I whittled out a selfbow and shot that.

If you are just shooting targets, and the bow builder told you it would handle that weight...

Cover that with felt or whatever, and I used a one of the plastic arrow rests shown...
