I am a 7mm fan, and I would just stick with the 7 if it I didn't already have a 280AI. The 280AI can do almost everything the 7 mag can do but with a little less recoil.

Your rifle certainly does the job as is evident in your picture, but if you turn your scope mounts around you can keep both mounts on the receiver of your rifle and still keep your scope where it is...
