100% flameleaf sumac. Any number of herbicides will work on it but what Punchar51 said tends to be a go-to for most applications. Don't worry about your Oaks or natives - just don't overspray!

I agree with you, and no I didn't try to hold the bowyer liable at all. I did however email him asking what he thought in which he replied to send it in and he'd take a look. Turns out he fixed it...
