Do you have access to internet in your metal building? If so enable WiFi Calling on your phone settings. This might be a quick fix. I had to do this inside my house with zero issues.

I’m confused... the first deer you posted is a 10 point in a game cam picture. Is that the deer you said was shot by the neighbors? The game cam picture and dead deer picture are two different deer.

Had the same issue for years out of my Remington 700 300 win mag until I switched to Nosler Trophy Grade Ammunition in 180 grain Accubonds. Problem solved and never looking back.
