So how are they? How long do they need to sit before eating?

They’re definitely blue ribbon eggs! They had a lot of flavor and like one YouTuber posted... “I let one loose and my dog cusses in seven languages now” [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji1303]

              I’m a conservationist man

His hens are laying eggs that are about 1.5 quail egg size, they just right for this.

A couple of things I’ll add that you might try as well. Add some tabasco sauce and jalapeño slices. Also, cut a pack of hotdogs in half crosswise and add them as well. Putting all that on a saltine is fantastic.

Goodness man. You got me to wanting to make another batch.

                      The comments are great.............

Adding a table spoon of Sriracha sauce sounds killer.................

I raise pigeons for flying and dog training. I sometimes gather up their eggs and pickle them. Usually with a bunch of garlic and peppers.
