I say hes 2.
Gotta deduct for high angle pics of pics that exaggerate the rack and body.

It is hard to say but solely based of the saggy neck I say hes older. Not going to put a number to it with that pic though.

In my eye his body characteristics put him at 4.5 to 5.5.
