    Speeding Ticket, dialated eyes......Defense

Maybe 2nd time of my life to get my eyes dilated.

So was not 100% how it was going to affect me. Doctor said I would be able to drive.

So within about 4ft I could not see at all, being very blurry. I could not see my speedometer, phone, radio nothing.

Driving vision was just fine with sunglasses on.

On the way home from the eye doctor I had gotten a leak in my tire, went straight to tire shop.

Thanks guys I have learned and will be paying my ticket......

Just get the checkbook out or take defensive driving...

If your eyes were that bad, most likely shouldn't have been driving at all..

If you couldn't see any better than that, your lucky you didn't have a wreck and hurt someone. Pay the fine and learn from this.

          ......defensive driving, apply online

Go to a Judge and you will scolded for driving under those conditions.

Lol what I was afraid of hearing.

Well could only go by what the doctors told me. Said my close up vision would be blurry. Driving was fine, but could not see speedometer or up close. I guess I have no defense lol.

                I got stopped for 42 in a 30, being a residential neighborhood.

Officer explained there are no breaks in residential neighborhoods.

I have every excuse in the books, but any chance I get out of this with a doctors note, or without an attorney?
You were driving impaired….don’t think negligence will get you out of it.

Go talk the the prosecutor and see what your options are. Many times they will offer you something and either take that or go with the driving course

Don't pay the ticket, won't have to worry about it until you need to get your drivers license in person.

What did he say? Makes no sense. What did he get a ticket for, how did he get a flat, and dilated eyes may not have been the only impairment.
