What's the average cost going these days per linear foot for a 4 strand barbed wire fence, just under 3000' with materials and labor?

I just had 6 strand done in Central Texas for $5.75 pf turnkey. About 2200 ft

i think its $3 a ft just labor putting in 4-5 strands wire and Tposts here in East texas. No braces.

Thats all i got for info as i usually do all my own fence work but was considering having somebody do some here not long ago due to not having enough time.

That is a 1000 yards which is a little over a half mile of fencing. I will follow along as I have about 1 mile or more that needs fencing with 4 strand.

Location will make a big difference, I’d charge almost double in rock springs what I’d charge in bay city..

$4-6 per foot all in I’d imagine would be close for most of texas

Is the site prepped? If not add 1-$2 a foot for tearing down old fence and preparing the site. Rough terrain could add even more.
