    Bi-Delta Shark Tooth

I've always been a fan of Marco vanes, but them being out of business, and me in the need for some 2.5" vanes prompted me to do something I've always been curious about.

    Top - Marco 2.5"

    Bottom - Bi-Delta Shark Tooth 2.5"

Surprisingly, the Shark Tooth is heavier, but only by 1 grain.

    I'm impressed.

I'm still in the (I'm not sure yet) phase of testing them, but they fly very VERY nice.

I was shooting them from 50 yards, and they fly a bit better than the Marcos (it looks like), but it's hard to tell, because both arrows fly well.

I haven't shot them with my broadheads (yet), but will soon, and THAT will be the "truth teller".

    I have High Expectations.

Built four more tonight for a total of five.

I'll put them through the paces tomorrow (with broadheads), and we'll have a verdict.

Well, I can tell no difference in stability of flight between the Sharktooths, and the Marcos.

The sharktooths stabilize my broadheads perfectly.

The only real difference I can see are two fold.

        (1) Availability. Marco are no more.

        (2) The Sharktooths adhere better to the shafts.

          Two positive things.
