    Chuy’s Jalapeño Ranch

    For those of us that like Chuy’s and the jalapeño ranch, here ya go. Enjoy. Been making this for a while and always have a quart jar in the fridge. I am one of those that dip my pizza in ranch and this is a game changer. [emoji846]

    3/4 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup mayo
    3/4 cup of pickled jalapeños. Save some juice.
    1 packet of dry ranch mix
    1/2 cup of fresh cilantro tightly packed.
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    Tablespoon of lime juice
    Teaspoon of garlic salt

    Mix sour cream, mayo, garlic salt and the ranch mix in a bowl. Put your jalapeños with juice, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor or blender and give it a go. Pour that into your mayo mixture (it will be a little thick) then add buttermilk until you get it the consistency you like. Put that **** on everything and enjoy. You’re welcome. [emoji846]

                        I can’t really say. I usually make this amount and it lasts a couple weeks. I’ve not had any spoil but I’m sure it does after a while.
