We’re on to ya!! Some of us older gents have been on to ya for a long time but we have stayed in our lane figuring eventually other men will see how they are continually being set up by their own women. Where is this coming from? Well I m glad that you asked !!
Years ago I started noticing little things from my wife such as “ Baby do these jeans make me look fat”? And “ Baby do you think that I would be a candidate for breast augmentation”? Only the most seasoned veterans know how to dodge these bullets but now there is significant networking from men of all ages on the Internet and we are becoming a more intelligent species when dealing with these obvious SETUPS.
It became very obvious to me years ago when I was turning into BayBrook Mall and saw a good friend of mine leaving the parking lot. It was Christmas Eve so all of us men or out doing our Christmas shopping. Which btw Christmas Eve should be reserved for men and men only. Women have had plenty of time to shop prior to that day while we have been out fishing.
I called my friend and asked what was in the big box in the back of his truck. He replied by saying it was an exercise bike for his wife and he got her a “Buns Of Steel” video to boot. I said “ You Casanova sob turn around and return that crap.” He said but you don’t understand, it’s what she asked for. I told him it was a set up and the only reply he should have had was that she didn’t need any of it. What an amateur my young friend was.
Since then I have made it a personal goal to reach out to all men that I think might be falling into the same traps that were baited for me in my earlier days. And just today I see a thread from a good friend of mine on TBH that has fallen for the old “ Baby I want a new Vacuum for my birthday”. Immediately I picked up the phone and I think the problem has been resolved. We’ll see.
With all of this being said, I have formally launched my new website that will serve as tech support for all of those that suspect that they are being baited and set up for failure. Our organization will be named. SHI*Ty……….
